Job summary

Holman Audi Raleigh is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This on-site role offers compensation in the $25–$35 per hour range with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and relocation assistance based on qualifications.

Candidates should have 3+ years of manufacturer experience, valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, and ASE certifications are a plus. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and stay current with diagnostic tools and digital manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy per dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology and manuals.
• Keep shop area neat and account for dealership tools.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repair.
• Adapt to rapidly changing automotive tech and diagnostics.

What will you do?

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
• Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena

What are we looking for?

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $25 - $35 USD per hour .
