Job summary

Holman’s Busy Acura Cary location seeks a skilled B level Automotive Technician to join our team. You’ll perform repairs to dealership standards, diagnose malfunctions, road-test vehicles, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while staying current with evolving automotive technology.

We offer a starting hourly wage in the $30–$34+ range with a $10,000 sign-on potential based on qualifications and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 3+ Auto service center experience highly desired.
• Appropriate technical training or ASEs a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean MVR.
• Willingness to undergo our background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena.

What will you do?

The A Technician must be experienced in the following areas:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $30 – $34+ USD Hourly.
