Purpose Statement

To support production by skillfully performing tasks and adhering to stringent quality and safety standards for assembly, high-level assembly and rework to meet customer requirements.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Adapts to changes in the work environment, including changes in work plans, priorities and management decisions.
• Supports initiatives to improve the work environment and productivity; monitors own work to ensure quality and minimize scrap or rework.
• Works cooperatively in team and cross‑functional settings; shares information and experience openly.
• Demonstrates competency in job knowledge and skills; applies new requirements with minimal supervision and maintains up‑to‑date certifications and training.
• Manages workload to consistently meet throughput goals and complete assignments on time without compromising quality; maintains composure in stressful environments and escalates issues as needed.
• Adheres to quality policy guidelines, customer specifications and regulatory requirements while seeking opportunities to improve quality and eliminate waste.

Education/Experience Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School diploma/GED is required.
• One (1) year of related experience is required; one or more years of related experience is preferred.
• Previous machine maintenance experience is desired.
• Complete all levels of available SFT associated with related equipment.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
