Caliber Collision is hiring a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to perform all-purpose duties including repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition using approved techniques. The TAP will learn under a mentor, reading estimates, identifying damage, and ensuring quality and accuracy.
Requirements include being at least 18, possessing a valid driver’s license, and eligibility for Caliber’s insurance policy; previous collision experience is a plus but not required.

The TAP Body Apprentice will also follow the mentor’s direction while learning to read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check work for quality and accuracy.
