Job summary

Job Summary

A Technician shall be capable of and may be required to perform various duties, including but not limited to: Operating, installing, and maintaining pipeline facilities, gates stations, and associated equipment and structures.

Key Accountabilities

• Operating, installing, and maintaining pipeline facilities, gate stations, and associated equipment and structures.
• Changing thermocouples and making minor regulator adjustments to stabilize operating pressures.
• Operating, installing, making minor repairs and maintaining gas and oil wells, gathering system fields, and compressors, including associated equipment and structures.
• Satisfying any testing requirements and attaining and demonstrating to the Company's satisfaction an acceptable level of proficiency at installing, maintaining and repairing equipment for the measurement and control of oil and gas handling facilities, within three years of initial classification as a Technician.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Position regulated by Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug Testing Guidelines. DOT drug screen required for employees transferring from a non-DOT-covered position.
