We are seeking a Machine Operator (Technician) for our Agawam production facility. Your main responsibilities include setting up and monitoring Coating Machines, preparing coating systems, loading and unloading chambers, changing magnetic systems, and inputting process parameters. You will pre-treat customer products using standardized methods, oversee chamber loads based on customer specifications, and make critical processing decisions, including initiating coating processes and reconfiguring chambers.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on pre/post treatment equipment
• Optimize production equipment use
• Follow procedures and customer instructions

• Minimize equipment downtime through preventative maintenance
• Maintain equipment records and assist with quality assurance

Your Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred prior machine operator experience
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, creativity
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and work safely with chemicals
