Job summary

National Seating and Mobility (NSM) is seeking a Full-time Technician in Raleigh, NC for an 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday. You will assist in delivering and servicing seating, mobility, ADL and home accessibility equipment while coordinating with branch leadership to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Responsibilities include repairs in various environments, inventory control, and delivering equipment with proper fitting and instruction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency certificate.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.

• Provides inventory control for all custom, special orders and stock items in the branch.
• Delivers equipment as directed by Branch operations and Field leadership, including fitting and instruction.
• Provides technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed and directed.

The Technician at National Seating and Mobility brings our shared mission to provide mobility needs to our clients to life. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to assist in providing our clients with multiple mobility solutions including but not limited to, wheelchairs and positioning systems. We look to you to model our HEARTS values while coordinating with the Branch Manager, Rehab Technology Specialist, and Office Manager/Customer Service Representative to ensure timely order, receipt, assembly, and delivery of our products to our clients.

Position Highlights:
