We are seeking a motivated Ophthalmic Technician to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and supporting our doctors in delivering top-quality eye care.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients, obtain medical histories, and prepare them for exams.
  • Perform preliminary eye tests such as visual acuity, refraction, visual fields, and tonometry.
  • Assist doctors with eye exams, minor procedures, and treatments.
  • Maintain and clean instruments and equipment.
  • Educate patients on eye health, medications, and post-procedure care.
  • Enter accurate data into electronic health records (EHR).
  • Ensure exam rooms are stocked and organized.
  • Support a smooth clinical flow by coordinating with doctors and other team members.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in eye care or a medical office preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on patient care and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
