Job summary

Unilode Aviation Solutions is seeking a Technician to perform high-quality repairs, maintenance, and inspections on aviation components within our MRO facilities. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance while supporting production targets and documentation accuracy.

Role requires ability to read technical publications, drawings, and work orders, with attention to detail and adherence to procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or other relevant qualifications would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with OEM publications and Unilode MOE.
• Identify and complete additional maintenance (re-work) requirements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with procedures, aviation regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report discrepancies.
• Keep tools, equipment, and workspaces in good condition and compliant with safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Follow work orders and technical documentation with high accuracy.
• Support QA and inspection processes to maintain repair standards.
• Collaborate to meet production targets while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Assist with ancillary tasks including cleaning and maintaining containers or pallets.
• Perform administrative duties related to repair tracking and documentation.
• Support special projects to ensure smooth station operations.

The Technician is responsible for performing high-quality repairs, maintenance, and inspections on aviation components in compliance with OEM technical publications and Unilode's operational standards. This role ensures safety, efficiency, and compliance within Unilode's MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facilities, contributing to smooth station operations and meeting production targets.

The Small Print:

This role requires flexibility in working hours, including weekend and evening shifts. The ability to lift, pull, and push weights exceeding 65 lbs is necessary for daily tasks. Strict adherence to aviation safety regulations and quality standards is essential to maintain operational excellence.
