Job summary

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is hiring for a full-time role in our Utah/Murray area. This position involves day shifts, Monday through Friday, and offers pay in the range of $22–$24 per hour, DOE.

Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and enjoy a fast-paced environment dedicated to mobility solutions. NSM provides holidays, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and education assistance as part of its benefits.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform repairs in branches, field, clinics, schools, and care homes.
• Assemble seating, mobility equipment, and home accessibility products per specs.
• Maintain inventory for custom orders and stock items.
• Deliver equipment per instruction and provide customer service at delivery.
• Provide technical support to Rehab Technology Specialists as needed.

Position Highlights:

• Responds to service calls and makes quality repairs in multiple and various environments to include branch, field, clinic, schools, and care homes
• Assembles seating, mobility, specialty ADL and home accessibility equipment per factory and clinical specifications
• Provides inventory control and counts for all custom, special orders and stock items processed in the branch.
• Delivers equipment as directed by Branch operations and Field leaders to include fitting, instruction, compliance, and customer service requirements
• Provide Technical Support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed and directed by Operational Branch and Field leadership
