Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for material handling and inventory tasks.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, twist, and perform repetitive tasks on 8-12 hour shifts.
• Ability to wear PPE and operate tools after training.

• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes after completing required training and certification.

• Support inventory handling and material movement as needed throughout the facility.
• Assist with additional production, cleaning, or labor duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for material handling and inventory-related tasks.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks during 8-12 hour shifts.
• Ability to work around industrial equipment, noise, moving machinery, water, cleaning solutions, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to wear required PPE including gloves, eye protection, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear.
• Ability to safely operate tools, production equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes after training.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules based on production demands.
