Job description

ATC is looking to fill a vacancy at our customer site located in Washington, D.C. The incumbent must be a self-starter and self-motivated, providing technical writer support for multiple client programs.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and refining PowerPoint presentations for consistency, format, grammar, spelling, appearance, classification and portion marking, etc.
• Reviewing and refining Word reports for consistency, format, grammar, spelling, appearance, classification and portion marking, etc.
• Working with required entities to internally publish SCI documents/reports
• Proposal support: consolidating and writing first drafts; ensuring compliance with RFPs; merging inputs from numerous teammates; submitting final, polished proposal
• Posting chart content for customer consumption
• Facilitate document review process and maintain configuration management of in-process and released documents
• Graphic design to support proposals and presentations
• Data management: Document scanning, data transfers
