Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Technical Writer in Seaside, CA to support Cyber Primes cybersecurity, privacy, records and information management, and related enterprise support for DHRA, including DMDC and OUSD(P&R). Active Secret clearance is required; U.S.

citizenship is necessary. The role involves developing schedules, maintaining documentation, and producing high-quality technical writings for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience supporting, preparing, and editing technical, management, and other documents.
• Experience writing, proofreading, editing, formatting, fact/reference checking, and graphically presenting technical information for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule and associated project documentation, including tasks, milestones, dates, dependencies, and weekly updates.
• Maintain content on approved collaboration platforms, including document libraries, schedules, dashboards, assignments, points of contact, meeting materials, and cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Document and distribute weekly In-Progress Review materials and meeting minutes.
• Prepare meeting summaries and trip reports in the formats and timeframes required by the PWS.
• Support development and maintenance of transition-in and transition-out plans, procedures, schedules, responsibilities, risks, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
• Research technical concepts; write, edit, format, fact-check, and quality-control complex technical and management documents in accordance with required format and style standards.

Responsibilities:

Compensation Range:

• The anticipated salary range the Employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is $71,000 to $96,000 annually.
