Job summary

A technology consulting firm located in Virginia is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to create and enhance documentation for the AECC platform. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear guides, ensuring effective operation of the Army's hosting solutions. Applicants need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proven experience in IT documentation. The position is hybrid with competitive health benefits and 3 weeks of paid vacation per year.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in an IT infrastructure environment.
• Ability to obtain a favorable government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Author system architecture guides, administrator manuals, user guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Work closely with SMEs to gather technical information and ensure accuracy of content.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to identify documentation gaps.
• Create technical diagrams and flowcharts for visual understanding.

Education
