GoldenWolf, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Facilities Enterprise. The role focuses on transforming complex technical information into clear, compliant documents for military healthcare facilities and infrastructure programs.

You will work with DHA leadership and federal stakeholders to develop publications, manuals, and policy guidance, ensuring consistency with DoD standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Journalism, Public Administration, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of technical writing experience in defense, DHA, DoD, or federal programs.
• Experience developing manuals, policies, procedures, and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, format, and finalize technical and administrative publications.
• Transform technical content into user-friendly documentation that meets DoD and DHA standards.
• Prepare manuals, instruction guides, and briefing materials with clear, concise language.
• Conduct editing and quality reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support policy research and regulatory guidance related to facilities engineering and healthcare programs.
• Assist with executive summaries, memorandums, and strategic communications.
