Job summary

Anduril Industries in Quincy, MA seeks a Technical Writer to create and maintain user documentation for hardware and software across defense programs. You will partner with engineers, operations, and SMEs to produce manuals, guides, and release notes, following MIL-STD standards and IETM formats.

On-site relocation to Quincy is required; security clearance eligibility is expected; you will help define voice and tone across documentation and contribute to a living documentation culture with fast

Qualifications

4+ years of demonstrated excellence generating technical documentation for complex hardware, software, or aerospace systems.
Experience reading and interpreting engineering documentation (e.g., schematics, CAD, or software specs).
Experience building content in a variety of formats (Word, XML, DITA, etc.).
Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on explaining highly technical subjects simply.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active security clearance.
Ability to relocate, if not already local, to be onsite in Quincy, MA.

Responsibilities
