Job summary

UrsaNav ®, LLC is seeking a skilled Visual Communicator & Multimedia Designer to support marketing, technical communications, and multimedia initiatives.

You will translate complex technical concepts into clear visuals, collaborate with the Director of Marketing, and contribute to videos, illustrations, and digital content. This role is primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, especially Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with video editing, graphic design, and technical illustration.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools like Runway AI; able to work without AI reliance.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear visuals.
• Experience designing for professional B2B audiences; industry experience preferred.
• Strong responsiveness and ability to meet short-turnaround deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Video Production & Editing for marketing videos and explainers.
• Technical illustration and product diagrams.
• Graphic design for brochures, decks, and trade-show materials.
• Website graphics support; not a webmaster role.
• Maintain brand consistency across communications.
