Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of experience in a rigging or similar role.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and CDL training requirements.
• Experience delivering training programs and curriculums.
• Proficient with Windows OS and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Self-directed and time management skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apprenticeship training initiative and mentor pairing.
• Manage regional training projects and monitor effectiveness.
• Evaluate candidates for entry into training programs (e.g., CDL/Driver training).
• Perform gap analyses to determine development paths.
• Develop and deliver training materials and presentations; oversee field training programs.
• Maintain training records compliant with audits.
• Evaluate and report student progress and program effectiveness.
• Attend trade shows and maintain SME affiliation.
• Evaluate and interview new hires for training suitability.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
