Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Technical Trainer to partner with staff on developing and delivering technical field guides, train employees, and serve as the subject matter expert for technical issues across transmission and distribution projects.

The role requires nationwide travel, a flexible schedule (including nights and weekends), and strong verbal and written communication. Previous lineman experience or 5+ years in technical training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous lineman experience, or 5+ years of experience in technical training or related field.
• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Graduate of the NTI program preferred.
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel Nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Partner with staff on the development and implementation of technical field guides.

• Travel across the United States and maintain a flexible, varied work schedule.
