3‑6 Months: Independently deliver live training sessions. Own and maintain defined training content or learning paths. Design and develop new instructional materials aligned to product updates and learner needs. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, CX, and Documentation teams. Incorporate feedback and assessments to continuously improve training effectiveness.
6‑12 Months: Lead larger training initiatives, certifications, and onboarding programs. Maintain training materials to accurately reflect product modifications and field updates. Alignment between classroom instruction and documented training assets. Collaborate with teams conducting in‑person training in the field, aligning material and learning techniques.
1+ year: Influence training strategy, scalability, and long‑term learning roadmap. Consistent, high‑quality delivery of in‑person Technical Certification training. Partner strategically with Product, Customer Experience, and other stakeholders to ensure training readiness and adoption. Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness to support partner effectiveness, customer outcomes and business growth.
