Job summary

Expedite Talent Solutions seeks a Technical Test Lead to drive functional testing across multiple products. You will develop test strategy, coordinate with implementation teams, and manage defects.

You will lead design and execution of test cases and sign-off, oversee testing schedules, and act as escalation point for service issues, with strong emphasis on offshore coordination and agile collaboration.

Qualifications

• Develop Test Strategy across multiple products within a portfolio or program and coordinate closely with relevant teams.
• For new demand, conduct impact analysis and estimation to identify the application portfolio affected, testing services required, testing needed and effort to be budgeted.
• Coordinate with implementation teams on testing dependencies and timelines.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of the test cases, test procedures, and test suites.
• Lead functional and regression testing, verification and sign-off, and defect management activities.
• Coordinate with project managers to collect aggregated test results.
• Manage defects raised and logged during testing process.
• Serve as escalation point for service issues.
• Manage testing schedule and deliverables
