Technical Task Order Program Manager, TS/SCI

Arlington, VA

Security Requirements: Final TS/SCI (Special Access Program (SAP) eligible)

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years’ experience managing, planning, developing, and executing major research, engineering, and development efforts for defense organizations.
• Ten (10) years’ experience as a lead or deputy Program Manager for major technology programs (or a portfolio of programs) exceeding $100M in value.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing the entire lifecycle of technology design, manufacturing, integration, and testing.
• Proven leadership in managing portfolios of diverse technology development programs.
• Five (5) years’ experience leading and operating within highly classified environments, including SAP and SCI.
• Five (5) years’ experience with the DoW’s Defense Acquisition System DoD 5000 series.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DoW organizational structure and experience collaborating with R&E program managers.
• Ten (10) years’ demonstrated experience related to written and oral communication skills, essential for leading cross‑functional teams and briefing senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following areas:
  • System Engineering
  • Aerospace Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Physical Sciences
  • Software Engineering
  • Cyber Engineering
  • AI /ML Engineering
• Preferred: Ten (10) years’ experience managing support services contracts of comparable size, scope, and complexity to this task order.
• Preferred: Ten (10) years’ experience establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across the DoW.
• Preferred: Five (5) years’ experience and foundational knowledge in the field of Electromagnetics and Radio Frequencies (EM/RF).

Salary range: $150,000 - $250,000 per year. Specific compensation will be determined by several factors including experience, education, skills, and knowledge. We also offer medical, dental, vision benefits and 401(k) contribution.
