Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an automation professional to collaborate with business users, develop automation solutions, and translate complex specs into actionable work. You design solutions that meet business needs and maintain standards while documenting requirements and process flows for healthcare data workflows.

BS in Computer Science or Business and HL7 FHIR/CCD/HIPAA X12 knowledge are preferred. You will lead testing, provide end-user training on robotic process automation, and stay current

Qualifications

• Requires BS in Computer Science, Business, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in development, systems design, technical analyst, or similar discipline required.
• Proficiency using UI Path and/or working in data warehousing practices, systems and technologies.
• Experience leading teams leveraging lean, scrum, or object-oriented methodologies.
• General understanding of Continuous Development and Continuous Integration (CI/CD).
• Familiarity with automated testing.
• Knowledge of healthcare data structures such as HL7 FHIR, CCD, HIPAA X12.
