Springs Window Fashions and Affiliated Companies is seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle inbound calls, provide pre-sales support, and assist with order processing in a Pennsylvania office environment.

Responsibilities

• Inbound calls with no sales or cold calling.
• Provide pre-sales assistance and answer product questions.
• Enter orders for swatches, quotes, and new orders.
• Provide post-sales support, order tracking, and issue credits.
• Troubleshoot using available guides.
