Job summary

Daimler Truck North America LLC is seeking a Technical Support Specialist I to deliver frontline technical service to customers and dealer staff. You will help resolve field issues and apply our warranty processes, documenting actions and coordinating with internal teams.

The role emphasizes problem solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement of call center workflows. Onsite work is available in multiple U.S. locations and relocation assistance is not provided.

This position will interface directly with customers and some dealer technical staff in the resolution of field issues and the application of our warranty process.
