Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Tier 2 Help Desk Specialist for a full-time, on-site role on the north side of Indianapolis. You will provide in-person and remote help desk support for desktop, server, and network issues, working Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm.

The role requires hands-on hardware experience, AD/Group Policy, and Azure knowledge. You will engage with multiple locations and users, participate in on-call support, and stay current on system updates while ensuring security

Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems support (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016+)
• Hands-on hardware support (desktops, servers, laptops, printers)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with virtualization (preferred)
• Active Directory and Group Policy experience
• Microsoft Azure (Conditional Access, Intune, Autopilot)
• Knowledge of firewalls, routing, switching, and wireless technologies
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft Server, Cisco, VMware) preferred
