Qualifications

Two years of related IT/Help Desk Support experience
Solid understanding of networking concepts and security methodologies
Familiarity with incident tracking and service desk practices
Experience with remote access technologies and basic systems administration

Responsibilities

Provide IT/Help Desk support to end users and resolve incidents
Monitor system performance and availability and coordinate fixes
Assist with incident data analysis and trend identification
Maintain incident tracking and knowledge base for service desk operations
Contribute to SOP development and maintenance
