- Experience in automotive crash, flight test, and/or aerospace & Defense (A&D) sectors preferred.
- Ability to resolve customer/product issues within established timelines.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for DTS hardware and software systems.
- Serve as a front-line resource for the Help Center.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams.
