Job summary

Prisma Health IT supports Greenville Memorial Hospital's infrastructure and applications. The role provides advanced technical support for enterprise IT systems and ensures smooth operation of technology infrastructure.

You install and configure ITS hardware and software, troubleshoot complex issues, support clinical and business applications during emergencies, and maintain documentation. Active Directory usage, device updates, end-user training, and audits are also part of the job.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in ITS related field.
• Two (2) years related work experience.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ or similar certifications preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable MVR as defined by the company.

Responsibilities

• Installs and configures ITS hardware and software for the enterprise using approved tools.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex ITS hardware and software issues.
• Clinical and Business Systems Analyst support for applications issues, including emergencies.
• Performs hardware and software updates to ITS solutions including mobile devices.
• Creates and maintains standards documentation for hardware and software solutions.
• Provides training and support to end-users on IT systems and software.
• Conducts regular audits of IT equipment and ensures policy compliance.
• Utilizes Active Directory to support enterprise needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

• Installs and configures Information Technology Services (ITS) hardware solutions and software applications for the enterprise utilizing approved deployment tools and methods
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex challenges related to ITS hardware and software.
• Clinical and Business Systems Analyst for applications issue resolution as required including during emergency situations
• Performs hardware and software updates to ITS solutions including mobile devices.
• Creates and maintains standards documentation related to hardware and software solutions including mobile devices.
• Provides training and support to end-users on the use of IT systems and software
• Conducts regular audits of IT equipment and ensures compliance with company policies
• Utilizes active directory to support the enterprise needs
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

• This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.

Minimum Requirements

• Education - Associate degree in ITS related field of study.
• Experience - Two (2) years related work experience.

In Lieu Of

• Equivalent work/education experience may be considered in lieu of the education and experience requirements noted above.

Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses

• Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar IT certifications preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and an acceptable motor vehicle record as defined by the Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) chart.
