Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a technically skilled support engineer to assist field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, and networked/wireless systems.

You will respond when first-line support cannot isolate issues, report problems to design/engineering, and may assist with customer installation and training, providing high-level technical support to customers.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent in a computer-related field and/or related work experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree without experience.

• Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, or networked/wireless systems.
• Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
• Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.
• May be involved in customer installation and training.
• Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

Job Description

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $52,700 - $75,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
