Job summary

Five Nines is hiring a Support Desk Engineer to serve as a primary contact for client technical support, handling end-user tickets via phone, desktop application, and email. You will diagnose issues, escalate when needed, document workflows, and support fellow Niners to maintain high-quality client service and grow technical expertise.

Role includes on-site support in Kearney, NE, and participation in a collaborative, growth-focused team that values reliability and fast issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Provide the highest level of customer service, perception, and satisfaction. Achieve 90% or better satisfaction rate.
• Meet client response SLA’s 95% of time.
• Meet client resolution SLA’s 80% of time.
• Enter all work as service tickets 100% of the time.
