TEKsystems in Overland Park is seeking a Recruiter Trainee to join their team. This position includes a comprehensive training program to become a full recruiter responsible for recruiting top IT talent and managing relationships with candidates.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a desire to excel in a performance-based environment. A competitive salary starting at $45,000, with significant commission opportunities, is included alongside comprehensive benefits.
This position starts with an extensive hands‑on training program where you will begin in the role of a Recruiter Trainee. During this period, you will work with an Onboarding Coach to learn and perform the fundamentals of recruiting. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will move into a Recruiter role and be responsible for the following:
$45,000 + (COLA where applicable) + weekly commission + performance‑based bonuses (quarterly and annually) + cell phone allowance. Training compensation: 13‑week training at $16.50 per hour and eligible for overtime + COLA where applicable.
