This role serves as the primary technical interface to customers, coordinating hardware and software delivery, performing on-site installation, and responding to emergency repairs.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Keystone Communications is looking for a Technical Specialist to provide our customers with fast and useful technical support within SLA parameters. In addition, the Technical Specialist will be a contributor who is responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of customers' systems and components; including hardware, electronic equipment, networking products, software, operating systems, and wiring. This individual will be the primary technical interface to customers for the coordination of hardware and/or software support and delivery of operational services as required by the customer. Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and integrating a variety of low voltage systems to include Intrusion Alarms, Nurse Call System, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Data Networks, and more
• Performs maintenance on equipment applying basic repair techniques and relying on service manual instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform repairs
• Responds to request for emergency repairs and follows through with timely service
• Ability to answer basic customer inquiries after being trained by the company
• Manage updates to customers’ systems
• Initiates requests for required equipment, parts, and supplies
• Ensures the completion of associated paperwork and records
• Develops good working relationships with customers
• Other office and field duties as defined by management
