Job summary

ClinDCast, LLC is seeking a Technical Specialist-Expert (Mainframe) with deep z/OS, CICS, DB2, Endevor, IMS, JCL and Elixir experience to support mainframe environments. The role requires hands-on administration, release management, performance tuning, and direct collaboration with developers and DIT teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of experience across z/OS interdependencies, Endevor configurations, SQL development and DB2 tooling, and will be available for an in-person interview

• 7+ years of Endevor configuration/release management experience.
• 7+ years of SQL programming experience.
• 7+ years working with DB2 tools and utilities.
• 7+ years evaluating complex SQL queries and improving performance.
• Strong CICS administration, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist-Expert / Mainframe Specialist with strong expertise in z/OS, CICS, DB2, Endevor, IMS, JCL, and Elixir. The resource will provide mainframe administration, configuration/release management, troubleshooting, SQL optimization, and technical support to application developers and DIT teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert support for z/OS operating system and mainframe environments.

Manage configuration and release activities using Endevor.

Support DB2, SQL development, tools, and utilities.

Analyze complex SQL queries and recommend performance and cost improvements.
