Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager for Reddit Ads in the United States. This individual contributor role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, mobile app install campaigns, and MMP integrations to help advertisers and partners succeed.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and GTM teams, own technical issues from intake to resolution, and contribute to runbooks and guidance. The role supports a hybrid schedule, with 1–2 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical solutions, ad tech or related customer-facing role.
• Hands-on with mobile app install advertising and MMPs, including SDK/event configuration and attribution.
• Knowledge of SKAN and mobile attribution concepts and ability to explain results to diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising workflows including setup, targeting, delivery, pacing, reporting, attribution, and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot app install campaigns, including SDK and MMP integrations, attribution configuration, postbacks, and SKAdNetwork workflows.
• Investigate and resolve advertiser and partner issues across campaign setup, delivery, reporting, and measurement.
• Own technical issues from intake through resolution and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Support feature testing and share actionable feedback with Product and Engineering.
• Advise advertisers on implementation, measurement, and platform usage with practical recommendations.
• Document repeatable troubleshooting steps and contribute to runbooks and guidance.
• Participate in a team on-call rotation for urgent technical issues.

We’re looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to help advertisers and partners succeed with Reddit Ads in the United States. This individual contributor role brings strong hands‑on troubleshooting skills and expertise in mobile app advertising, including app install campaigns and mobile measurement partners (MMPs). You’ll work with advertisers, agencies, partners, Sales, Product, Engineering, and other go‑to‑market teams to resolve technical issues, explain measurement outcomes, and turn customer feedback into useful product and process improvements.

This role is expected to work from the office 1–2 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot app install campaigns, including app and event setup, SDK and MMP integrations, attribution configuration, postbacks, SKAdNetwork (SKAN) workflows, and discrepancies between Reddit Ads and MMP reporting
• Investigate and resolve advertiser and partner issues across campaign setup, targeting, delivery, pacing, reporting, measurement, account access, funding, APIs, integrations, and third-party reporting
• Own technical issues from intake through resolution: assess customer and business impact, identify likely causes, coordinate with the right teams, and keep stakeholders informed
• Support feature testing and share clear findings and actionable feedback with Product and Engineering
• Advise advertisers and internal partners on implementation, measurement, and platform usage, translating business goals into practical technical recommendations
• Document repeatable troubleshooting steps and contribute to runbooks, customer guidance, enablement, and process improvements that reduce recurring issues
• Participate in a team on‑call rotation for urgent technical issues

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in technical solutions, solutions engineering, ad technology, digital advertising, measurement, integrations, or a related customer‑facing technical role
• Hands‑on experience with mobile app install advertising and mobile measurement partners (MMPs), including investigating SDK or event configuration, attribution flows, postbacks, and campaign measurement discrepancies
• Working knowledge of SKAN and mobile app attribution concepts, and the ability to explain measurement limitations and results to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising workflows, including campaign setup, targeting, delivery, pacing, reporting, attribution, and measurement.
• Experience with REST APIs and technical integrations, including reading API documentation, testing endpoints, examining request and response payloads, and troubleshooting authentication or permissions.
• Ability to use logs, data analysis, developer tools, and reproducible test cases to investigate issues and recommend solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings and next steps to different audiences
• Strong experience building effective working relationships with customers and cross‑functional partners

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base salary range for this position is:

$132,600 — $185,600 USD
