Stripe is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant for Crypto to own the technical relationship with Stripe's most strategic crypto-native customers. You will mobilize cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, and go-to-market to resolve complex challenges and drive scalable outcomes.

We value 5+ years in enterprise technical roles, strong RESTful API and blockchain knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise-level, client-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Management, Technical Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Engineering.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks, and the ability to explain API concepts, integration patterns, and troubleshooting steps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Working familiarity with stablecoins and blockchain fundamentals, including chains, wallets, on-chain transaction lifecycle, and on/off-ramps.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and demonstrated experience partnering with engineering teams to resolve production incidents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience owning complex projects across multiple teams, including timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for a set of strategic crypto accounts; build durable relationships with their Engineering, Payments Operations, and Product stakeholders.
• Lead complex technical troubleshooting and incident response for assigned accounts; own communications and remediation until resolution, collaborating with Product, Support, and Engineering when needed.
• Partner with GTM and other user-facing teams to deliver a coordinated experience across accounts, pairing technical ownership with commercial strategy.
• Translate customer and developer needs into actionable product feedback: aggregate patterns, size business impact, surface to Product and Engineering.
• Develop and maintain account-specific operational runbooks, escalation paths, and success metrics (uptime, latency, throughput).
• Proactively review implementations to identify improvements and surface potential issues across performance, reliability, and compliance workflows.
• Deliver regular business and technical reviews with customers and drive action items to closure.
• Create and maintain user-facing technical documentation, sample code, and troubleshooting guides.
• Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements to reduce friction and scale TSC coverage.

Technical Solutions Consultants are responsible for the technical relationship of Stripe Crypto's largest and most complex users. We lead cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Product, and go-to-market teams—balancing our users' business needs with technical constraints—and act as trusted partners and consultants who help businesses deliver more value to their customers, optimize their technical operations, and accelerate their global growth with Stripe.

What you'll do

As a Technical Solutions Consultant for Crypto, you will own the technical relationship for Stripe's most strategic crypto-native users: high-growth companies building on Stripe's crypto and stablecoin products, including Bridge and Privy. You will be the technical expert your accounts trust and rely on—developing deep relationships with their key stakeholders, mobilizing cross-functional teams across Stripe to resolve their most complex technical challenges, and proactively identifying opportunities that help them succeed and scale.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for a set of strategic crypto accounts; build durable relationships with their Engineering, Payments Operations, and Product stakeholders.
• Lead complex technical troubleshooting and incident response for assigned accounts; own communications and remediation until resolution, collaborating with Product, Support, and Engineering when needed.
• Partner closely with GTM and other user-facing teams to deliver a coordinated experience across your accounts, pairing technical ownership with commercial strategy.
• Translate customer and developer needs into actionable product feedback: aggregate patterns across accounts, size the business impact, surface it to Product and Engineering, and follow through to completion.
• Develop and maintain account-specific operational runbooks, escalation paths, and success metrics (uptime, latency, transaction throughput, settlement timelines).
• Proactively review your accounts' implementations to identify improvements and surface potential issues—across areas like performance, reliability, and compliance workflows—before they impact the user's experience, and flag growth opportunities to partner teams.
• Deliver regular business and technical reviews with customers (quarterly reviews, post-mortems, roadmap previews) and drive action items to closure.
• Create and maintain user-facing technical documentation, sample code, and troubleshooting guides that reduce friction and enable self-service.
• Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements that reduce operational friction, improve SLAs, and scale TSC coverage and effectiveness.

• 5+ years in enterprise-level, client-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Management, Technical Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Engineering.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks, and the ability to explain API concepts, integration patterns, and troubleshooting steps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Working familiarity with stablecoins and blockchain fundamentals, including chains, wallets, on-chain transaction lifecycle, and on/off-ramps, with genuine enthusiasm for going deeper.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and demonstrated experience partnering with engineering teams to resolve production incidents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management. You can hold both business-level and deeply technical conversations, and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience owning complex projects across multiple teams, including timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and prioritizing between reactive and proactive account work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing crypto, stablecoin, or blockchain systems, including blockchain APIs and integrating digital assets with traditional financial systems.
• Background in payments, fintech, or cross-border money movement, including how traditional rails and stablecoin rails interoperate.
• Comfort with observability tooling for diagnosing production issues, such as Datadog or a comparable platform for log search, dashboards, monitors, and distributed traces.
• Experience with tools like Postman and cURL, light scripting in Python or Node.js, basic SQL, and AI coding agents for debugging and root-cause investigation.
• An operations-savvy mindset, with a track record of removing process friction and replacing one-off workarounds with scalable processes.
• Strong product sense and comfort translating customer business objectives into technical implementations and product feedback.

In-office expectations

Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico, Bengaluru, India, and Dublin, Ireland work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.

Pay and benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $127,400 - $191,200. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
