Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to provide architectural guidance and technical enablement for enterprise networking initiatives. This remote-US role will guide partners through architectural decisions, support demand generation, and lead solution validation with sales teams and stakeholders.

You will design enterprise networking solutions and translate technical capabilities into clear business value for partners and prospects.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in networking architecture or related roles
• Experience with enterprise networking technologies
• Hands-on networking solutions experience
• Certifications such as JNCIP/JNCIS or equivalent preferred
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote role will focus on providing technical solutioning support across enterprise networking initiatives, with an emphasis on guiding partners through architectural decisions and solution validation.

The position partners closely with sales teams and stakeholders to qualify opportunities, deliver technical presentations, and support demand generation efforts such as workshops and webinars.

You will help shape customer-facing networking solutions while translating technical capabilities into clear business value for partners and prospects.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $126,300 – $200,000 annually
