Job summary

Cinter Career is seeking a Technical Solution Architect in Plano, TX to lead architecture across cloud, integration, and security domains. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and present designs to stakeholders, while guiding multiple projects through SDLC best practices.

The role requires hands-on development experience within the last 3 years and strong skills in Java, NodeJS, Angular, React, and database technologies.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of solution architecture and design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Recent hands-on software development within the last 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, integration, and infrastructure architectures.
• Experience with Java, NodeJS, Angular, React, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience designing and implementing AWS or hybrid cloud architectures.
• Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, authentication, and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and gain stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and architecture patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and technical reviews across application, integration, cloud, security, data, and infrastructure domains.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable technical solutions.
• Present solution designs and gain consensus among technical and business stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate architectural and project risks.
• Design solutions for web, mobile, cloud, and event-driven architectures.
• Create technical designs for AWS cloud environments, integrations, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and application components.
• Architect solutions utilizing Java, NodeJS, Angular, React, relational databases, and NoSQL technologies.
• Design and integrate APIs and authentication technologies including REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth, and SAML.
• Support hybrid cloud and on-premises environments with a focus on AWS.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, SAP, Adobe, and Salesforce platforms.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and SDLC best-practice activities.
• Develop reusable frameworks, libraries, and components to support enterprise initiatives.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across multiple projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, Generative AI, or IoT technology platforms.

• Experience with Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and exception/remediation processes.
• Experience building enterprise frameworks, reusable libraries, and shared services.
