Job summary

Inferact seeks a Social Media Manager to own the daily voice, publishing system, and audience growth for vLLM and Inferact across developer-focused channels. You will manage brand accounts, founder communications, launch amplification, and community programming, ensuring distinct yet coordinated voices for community and company brands.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership and growth of developer-focused or technical brand accounts across multiple social channels.
• Experience writing technical social content and ghostwriting for technology executives or founders.
• Strong editorial judgment translating tech updates into credible social content.
• Experience building content calendars, publishing workflows, and launch amplification across channels.
• Ability to engage technical communities directly and maintain distinct voices for community vs. company brands.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup with high publishing velocity.

Responsibilities

• Take full control of daily posting, scheduling, and replies across core vLLM and Inferact accounts.
• Own the social side of the rebrand launch alongside the website.
• Publish a voice guide that clearly separates the vLLM community voice from the Inferact company voice.
• Run the founder program with ghostwriting, approvals, and cadence.
• Launch and test channels like Hacker News, Instagram, and TikTok with short explainers.
• Own partner amplification and a recurring vLLM feature explainer video.
