Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Technical SETA expert to coordinate, monitor, and integrate technical aspects of the program lifecycle. You will participate as a SME in meetings and assist in PM Reviews, while liaising among performers, TE contributors, government, and transition partners.

Candidates should have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a relevant technical degree. The role requires 2+ years in test-driven development, ML/NLP experience, and Agile program management.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelors’ degree in computer science, applied physics, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
• Two or more years with test-driven development, automated testing, configuration management, including technical evaluation experience.
• Two or more years of R&D in image processing, computer vision, NLP, biometrics, or SWE, including ML or DNN algorithms.
• Two or more years of experience managing multi-disciplinary R&D or T&E teams.
• Two or more years of experience creating program plans, WBS, schedules, including Agile program management and systems development, including integrated testing.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings, workshops, conferences and testing events as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Assist with the development of presentations such as Program Management Reviews.
• Serve as a Liaison between Performers, Test & Evaluation contributors, Government and Transition partners.
• Review, provide analysis, and make recommendations concerning technical reports, data and Performer approaches.
• Select, establish, curate, and maintain collaborative communication, issue tracking, and configuration environments for use by the program.
• Provide reach-back support for program related requirements for systems integration, design, development, modeling and simulation, data analytics and architecture design.
• Examine data sources and literary sources for emerging technology related to the Program.
• Provide technical support and expertise on new concepts beyond the Program but integral to the Program’s success.

What You Will Do:

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD securityclearance with a polygraph
• Bachelors’ degree in computer science, applied physics, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical field
• TWO (2) or more years with test-driven development, automated testing, configuration management, including technical evaluation experience
• TWO (2) or more years of research & development (R&D) experience in image processing, computer vision, NLP, biometrics, or SWE, including ML or DNN algorithms
• TWO (2) or more years of experience managing multi-disciplinary research & development (R&D) or test & evaluation (T&E) teams
• TWO (2) or more years of experience creating program plans, WBS, schedules, including experience with Agile program management and systems development, including integrated testing

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Masters’ degree or PhD in computer science, applied physics, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical field
• TWO (2) or more years of experience image/video analytics development
• Experience supporting the intelligence community
• SAFe Agile certification
• TWO (2) or more years of experience with cloud utilization, development, and management
• ONE (1) or more years of experience in remote sensing, image compression, audio, geolocation, biometrics, signal processing, noisy/degraded data, classified research, statistics, probability

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
