  • Supervisory Experience: 1-3 years.

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical support to crew and clients at the well site; maintains communication with client well site representative, rig crew, and field support staff; communicates with internal and external clients
  • Plans and coordinates operations utilizing technical expertise to determine the need, technique, and use of equipment on a well site
  • Advices customer on proper procedures to perform operations and provide instruction; troubleshoots issues on well site to reduce non‑productive time; supervises operations on well site
  • Manages storage and inventories of supplies and fixed assets on the rig.
  • Ensures work is performed in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company and industry standards
  • Prepares and delivers comprehensive job documentation
  • Trains, coaches, and mentors trainees
  • Develops expertise on advanced techniques; participates in knowledge sharing
  • Performs other duties as assigned

We are currently seeking Technical Services for our Sayre, PA location.

PURPOSE:

Participates in the planning, execution, and management of all phases of any Fishing, Thru‑Tubing, Reverse Unit, Air Packages, Nitrogen Services, and/ or Pressure Control operations to ensure delivery of services according to client requirements and expectations. Responsible for supervising technical services operations on well site.
