Job summary

• Managing and developing the team and associated budgets
• Leading projects covering car parking, drainage, bridges, land management and related infrastructure across the borough
• Advising on flood risk and working closely with partners such as the Environment Agency and Kent County Council
• Overseeing winter maintenance, bridge inspections, CCTV operations and electric vehicle charging infrastructure

Your technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and collaborative approach will be key to delivering safe, sustainable, and high-quality services and infrastructure for our residents.

You'll work from our Kings Hill offices, with flexibility to work remotely and regular opportunities to be out on site across the borough.
