Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking a Technical Services Manager to provide strategic leadership for biomedical and field service technicians across Kansas, Western Missouri, and Northern Arkansas.

You will guide day-to-day operations, drive service excellence, and manage critical customer relationships. You will coordinate with leaders to drive revenue growth, control costs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while overseeing maintenance, parts inventory, and equipment records.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to biomedical and field service technicians within the assigned region.
• Lead day-to-day operations of a technical services team across a multi-state territory.
• Set performance goals and monitor progress to achieve organizational targets.
• Act as primary customer contact to maintain relationships and resolve critical issues.
• Coordinate with Divisional Directors, Account Executives, Operations Managers and service teams to drive revenue growth and service expansion.
• Manage equipment records, service schedules, and contract data in company systems.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, parts inventory, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with recalls, upgrades, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
• Monitor service expenses, technician productivity, and fleet compliance.
• Oversee internal requisitions, purchase orders, and parts inventory.
• Maintain billing and regulatory documentation; support district operations and leadership.
