Job summary

You will advise on material selection and prepare technical documents, requiring strong communication skills and construction industry experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry and is fluent in a second language. The position involves 25% travel, with some international travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in construction industry.
• 2 years in technical support of a building material or product preferred.
• Fluency in a 2nd language preferred.
• Physical strength to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Review architectural blueprints and details.
• Conduct seminars for architects and other construction professionals.
• Investigate and settle customer service complaints.
