Qualifications

• BS or higher degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel 1–5 days per week.
• Experience coordinating customer trials and providing product feedback to production.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trials with customers and provide production capability.
• Provide customer feedback to production and provide product recommendations to customers.
• Coordinate customer specification review and other documentation (PPAP) and participate in new product development.
• Handle customer claims and uphold safety policies at all times.
