Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own search for a B2B and growing-brand client book. You will define the technical SEO roadmap, set content priorities, and communicate the impact of improvements to clients.

You serve as the strategic voice at the table, directing audits, implementing fixes, and coordinating with writers and AI tools to move rankings. This role emphasizes clear English communication with US-based clients on live calls.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes.
• Fluency with GA4, Search Console and SEO tools.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.

Responsabilidades

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers/AI.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and traditional results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO as needed.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, quarterly client roadmaps.
