Aquent is seeking a Technical SEO & Digital Performance Specialist to join our boutique agency client’s growing team. You’ll blend analytical, technical, and strategic skills to improve dental practice visibility, user experience, and conversions across the country.

You’ll work with web development, project management, ads, and account management teams to drive SEO improvements, performance insights, and lead quality, while adapting to a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of schema markup and on-page optimization.
• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Ability to connect SEO performance to business outcomes and lead quality.
• Familiarity with WordPress and standard marketing tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support ongoing SEO campaigns for dental practices nationwide.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor indexing, crawlability, redirects, site architecture, and on-page optimization.
• Execute link building campaigns to improve domain authority and visibility.
• Support GEO/AI SEO initiatives and evolving search strategies.
• Collaborate with the web team to implement SEO changes and improve performance.
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4, GSC, and related tools.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients.
