Job description

Job Context

We are seeking an AI‑savvy, content‑driven Content Manager to join our Web Strategy team and help scale high‑quality content production in support of our organic growth goals for 2026 and beyond. This role will be instrumental in building, managing, and optimizing a modern content engine that leverages AI responsibly to produce impactful, search‑optimized content at scale. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on—someone who understands content quality, SEO, AEO, GEO fundamentals, and how AI tools can accelerate production without sacrificing brand voice or performance. You will work closely with our SEO team and Project Manager to plan, execute, and continuously improve our content initiatives across the website and supporting channels.

What You’ll Do
Content Strategy & Execution
  • Own and manage content production across 4 distinct brands to meet organic growth goals.
  • Conduct final‑stage optimization and quality assurance to ensure content aligns with brand voice, technical accuracy, and conversion goals.
  • Maintain editorial standards across all deliverables to prevent duplicative, generic, or AI‑hallucinated content from being published.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end execution of long‑form content pieces.
AI‑Driven Content Scaling
  • Build and refine advanced AI workflows, custom prompts, and knowledge documents to accelerate production.
  • Configure and manage AI agents to maintain high‑fidelity outputs across multiple brand identities.
  • Partner with SEO and Web Strategy leadership to identify and implement AI‑driven scaling opportunities.
  • Research and integrate emerging AI tools and best practices for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
SEO & Performance Collaboration
  • Work closely with the SEO team to align content production with keyword strategies, technical requirements, and performance goals.
  • Optimize every piece of content for AEO, GEO, and SEO to ensure visibility in LLM‑based search.
  • Monitor content performance and collaborate on iterative improvements based on data and insights.
Project & Workflow Management
  • Partner with the Project Manager to plan content roadmaps, manage timelines, and prioritize initiatives.
  • Track content progress from ideation through publication and optimization.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and contributors as needed.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, writing, and editing.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of content flow.
  • Proficient in SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Experience writing about SaaS companies and technology.
  • Your resume and a link to your online portfolio or writing samples.
What We Can Offer You
  • Responsible Time Off.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision package with 100% employer paid options.
  • Additional benefits including Health Savings Account; Flexible Spending Account; Critical Illness Insurance; Hospital Insurance; Accident Insurance; Life Insurance and AD&D; and Disability Insurance available to purchase.
  • Wellness Challenge App, Diabetes Prevention App, and Health Hub App.
  • 401k/Retirement Plan with 6% employer match.
  • Generous Parental Leave Program.
  • Paid Volunteer Leave Days.
  • Public Holiday Exchange Scheme.
  • Talent Referral Program – get rewarded for referring a friend to join our team!
  • Diverse training & internal networking opportunities across all of our product lines.
  • Opportunities for career progression and development.
  • Service recognition awards.
