This is a highly visible, multi-year transformation role that sits at the intersection of product, data, and technology. You will be responsible for driving platform modernization while establishing a unified, scalable data strategy—ensuring consistency, interoperability, and high-quality data across all systems, channels, and client experiences. The ability to communicate and coordinate across the organization will be essential for success.

  • Inventory and assess existing data assets and pipelines; eliminate redundancy

  • Cross-Functional Execution

  • Develop and manage detailed modernization and migration plans

  • Collaborate with product owners to deliver differentiated capabilities

  • Ensure alignment across business, technology, and operations

  • Platform Modernization

  • Provide expertise to help define, document, and gain alignment on the end-to-end modernization strategy, roadmap, and timeline

  • Participate in the execution of a multi-year transformation program spanning platform migration and capability enhancement

  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver initiatives on time and within budget

Third-Party Management

  • Engage third-party processors and vendors to ensure alignment and delivery

  • Lead consulting engagements including RFPs and execution

Governance & Data Quality

  • Define data standards, lineage, and ownership

  • Establish KPIs for data quality, latency, and reliability

  • Financial & Risk Management

  • Monitor budgets and identify risks and opportunities

  • Manage regulatory and operational risks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years in technical product management

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Commercial Payments and Card domain expertise

  • Experience with core processing platforms
