Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Master with Kafka knowledge to lead Agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies in our Philadelphia delivery projects. Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage sprint activities and remove blockers for the development team.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Support teams working on Apache Kafka and event-driven applications.
• Track sprint progress, team performance, and project deliverables.
• Identify risks, resolve dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
